Where is the Profit in That?

Where is the Profit in That?

You have to ask yourself when you are doing any task in business, is this task leading me to profit?

Profit should be your number one priority if you are in business or building a new business, without profit you have no business.  So the number one goal should be to maximize profit so you can accomplish the next most important goal which is staying in business.

There is no shame in openly admitting that your primary function as a business owner is profit!

T. Harv Ecker author of “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind: Mastering the Inner Game of WealthSays you need to tell yourself “I am an excellent receiver; I am open and willing to receive massive amounts of money into my life.”  “And I have a millionaire mind.”

As business owners and entrepreneurs this is how we have to think and you cannot be ashamed that your goal in your business is focused on profit.  If people put you down because of your goal of profit that is their problem not yours.

So you have to ask yourself “where’s the profit it that? What am I doing with this activity to get me closer to profit?” Or in other words is this activity going to bring me profit?

Your daily focus should be on profitable activity or some call it dollar productive activity. You have to make sure your time is being spent wisely with your best interest that being profit in mind.

So next time you are engaged in a work related activity ask yourself “where’s the profit in that?”
